Origins is my very first generative art piece and the start of it all. I was inspired to tell the story of the Origin of the universe, based off of a quote from Nikola Tesla, "If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe."

I found through a simple doubling algorithm that starting at 1, an infinite pattern emerges of 1,2,4,8,7,5 if you simplify numbers past 10 to their digital root (1,2,4,8, 16 [1+6=7], 32 [3+2=5], 64 [6+4=10=1], 128 [1+2+8=11=2]) and so on. The 3,6,9 are missing in this pattern, but if you start at 3, a pattern of 3,6,3,6,3,6 goes on to infinite (3,6, 12[1+2=3], 24[2+4=6]) and so on, but again the 9 is missing. This is where I found that the 9 is the 'god' number, being both nothing and all, the vacuum and the singularity, as every number but 9 added together is 9 (0+1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8=36=3+6=9), and any number added to 9 returns itself as (9+4=13=4) or (9+5=14=5) making 9 everything and nothing. Also finding the digital root when summing the angles of all polygons and when bisecting a circle, you always get 9
